In the case of a fastening element for fastening insulating webs and, if appropriate, additional sealing webs on a fixed underlying structure, a screw (5) and a metal washer (6) are provided, the screw exhibiting a drilling-type tip (7), a shank (9) provided with a thread (8), and a screw head (10). The washer is provided with a central hole (12), said hole (12) being designed to be smaller than the thread external diameter, but at least the same size as the core diameter of the threaded region of the shank (9). The washer (6) is pre-mounted, such that it is secured against axial displacement, in the threaded region of the shaft (9) at a distance from the screw head (10). <IMAGE>

Bei einem Befestigungselement zum Befestigen von Isolationsbahnen und gegebenenfalls zusätzlichen Abdichtungsbahnen auf einem festen Unterbau sind eine Schraube (5) und eine metallische Unterlegscheibe (6) vorgesehen, wobei die Schraube eine Bohrspitze (7), ein mit einem Gewinde (8) versehenen Schaft (9) und einen Schraubenkopf (10) aufweist. Die Unterlegscheibe ist mit einem mittigen Loch (12) versehen, wobei dieses Loch (12) kleiner als der Gewindeaußendurchmesser, zumindest aber gleich groß wie der Kerndurchmesser des Gewindebereiches des Schaftes (9) ausgeführt ist. Die Unterlegscheibe (6) ist mit Abstand vom Schraubenkopf (10) im Gewindebereich des Schaftes (9) gegen axiales Verschieben gesichert vormontiert. <IMAGE>
