The present invention relates to a process for producing a metal part by lost-pattern moulding, using a pattern made of polymer, as well as to the pattern with incorporated insert obtained by this process and to the metal part obtained with this pattern. According to this production method, a hollow polymer insert (1) is introduced into the mould (2) for producing the pattern, the pattern is moulded in the mould (2), the pattern with the hollow insert (1) associated therewith is released from the mould and, using this pattern, the metal part which will include a hollow having the shape of the hollow of the insert (1) is moulded. This process makes it possible to produce any metal part including hollow shapes such as, for example, cylinder heads or fluid circuits. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce métallique par moulage en modèle perdu, à partir d'un modèle en polymère, ainsi que le modèle avec insert incorporé obtenu par ce procédé et la pièce métallique obtenue avec ce modèle. Selon ce procédé de fabrication, on introduit dans le moule (2) de fabrication du modèle un insert creux en polymère (1), on effectue le moulage du modèle dans le moule (2), on démoule le modèle avec l'insert creux (1) associé à celui-ci et on effectue, à l'aide de ce modèle, le moulage de la pièce métallique qui comportera un creux à la forme du creux de l'insert (1). Ce procédé permet de fabriquer toute pièce métallique comportant des formes en creux, telles que par exemple des culasses ou des circuits de fluide. <IMAGE>
