[origin: EP0599799A1] A loading wagon (1) for transporting, storing and depositing bulk material has a wagon frame (2) which is supported on rail bogies (3), and a wagon body (5) which is connected thereto and in whose floor region a floor-mounted conveyor belt (7) which has a drive (11) is arranged. Adjacent to this, a transfer conveyor belt (8) is provided which protrudes with one [lacuna] beyond the end of the wagon frame, has a depositing end (9) which is elevated with respect to the wagon frame (2), is provided with a drive (12) and has a storage and transport device (31) which extends from the floor-mounted conveyor belt (7) to the transfer conveyor belt (8). A discharge opening (14) for depositing the bulk material on the track is provided underneath the floor-mounted conveyor belt (7). The drive (11) for the floor-mounted conveyor belt (7) or the transfer conveyor belt (8) is designed for acting either in the aforesaid first direction of transport or in a second direction of transport opposite thereto. <IMAGE>
