The invention proposes a window system for a building, the windows of which each comprise a sash frame (7) which is pivotably mounted on a frame (1). The sash frame (7) can be locked relative to the frame (1) by means of a drive-rod arrangement (11) which can move in the peripheral direction of the sash frame (7). The drive-rod arrangement (11) of each window is in drive connection with a first sensor part (85) of a two-part position-sensor arrangement, the second sensor part (87) of which is fixedly connected to the sash frame (7) or to the frame (1). The position-sensor arrangements detect the alignment of their sensor parts relative to one another and are connected to a common central monitoring unit on which the alignment or non-alignment of the sensor parts can be displayed by means of a visual display device, for each individual window or for groups of windows. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Fenstersystem für ein Gebäude vorgeschlagen, dessen Fenster jeweils einen schwenkbar an einem Blendrahmen (1) gelagerten Flügelrahmen (7) umfassen. Der Flügelrahmen (7) ist mittels einer in Umfangsrichtung des Flügelrahmens (7) beweglichen Treibstangenanordnung (11) relativ zu dem Blendrahmen (1) verriegelbar. Die Treibstangenanordnung (11) jedes Fensters steht in Antriebsverbindung mit einem ersten Sensorteil (85) einer zweiteiligen Positionssensoranordnung, deren zweites Sensorteil (87) fest mit dem Flügelrahmen (7) oder dem Blendrahmen (1) verbunden ist. Die Positionssensoranordnungen erfassen die Ausrichtung ihrer Sensorteile relativ zueinander und sind mit einer gemeinsamen Überwachungszentrale verbunden, an der mittels einer optischen Anzeigeeinrichtung für jedes einzelne Fenster oder für Gruppen von Fenstern die Ausrichtung oder Nichtausrichtung der Sensorteile anzeigbar ist. <IMAGE>
