Abstract (en)
In order to simplify the production of an attaching device for electrical resistors, for example bias resistors for fans in motor vehicles, the resistors forming an assembly with electrical plug connections, the plug connections (7) are constructed integrally with stamped parts (4) which extend into the ceramic body of the resistance body (2) on the one hand and into a plastic plug housing (3) on the other hand, and are at the same time used as electrical connections and for mechanical attachment of the resistance body (2). In this case, those stamped parts (4,8) which in each case lie in a plane are initially produced as a cohesive stamped matrix, are then connected to the resistance body (2) and its resistance wires and, finally, are subsequently electrically isolated from one another by areas (11, 12) being cut out. <IMAGE>

Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung einer Befestigungsvorrichtung für elektrische Widerstände, z.B. Vorwiderstände für Gebläse in Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei die Widerstände mit elektrischen Steckverbindungen eine Baugruppe bilden, sind die Steckverbindungen (7) einstückig mit Stanzteilen (4) ausgebildet, die sich in den Keramikkörper des Widerstandskörpers (2) einerseits und in ein Steckergehäuse (3) aus Kunststoff andererseits erstrecken und gleichzeitig als elektrische Verbindungen und zur mechanischen Befestigung des Widerstandskörpers (2) dienen. Dabei werden die jeweils in einer Ebene liegenden Stanzteile (4,8) zunächst als eine zusammenhängende Stanzmatrix hergestellt, dann mit dem Widerstandskörper (2) und dessen Widerstandsdrähten verbunden und schließlich nachträglich durch Freischnitte (11, 12) elektrisch voneinander getrennt. <IMAGE>
