The invention relates to a drinks container, in particular a drinks pouch, of mono material or multi-layered composite material, which is provided with a puncturable opening for puncturing with a drinking straw. To provide a drinks container which permits easy puncturing by a drinking straw and at the same time is acceptable from aspects of environmental protection, the puncturable opening is punched through all the layers of the mono material or composite material and on the inside of the mono material or composite material there is attached around the puncturable opening a closure film which is exposed to the outside through the puncturable opening.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Getränkebehälter, insbesondere Getränkebeutel (1) aus Monomaterial oder mehrschichtigem Verbundmaterial (3), der mit einer Einstichsöffnung (2) zum Einstechen eines Trinkhalmes versehen ist. Um einen Getränkebehälter zu schaffen, der ein leichtes Einstechen eines Trinkhalmes ermöglicht und gleichzeitig unter Gesichtspunkten des Umweltschutzes vertretbar ist, ist die Einstichsöffnung (2) durch alle Schichten des Mono- oder Verbundmaterials (3) eingestanzt und an der Innenseite des Mono- oder Verbundmaterials (3) eine Verschlußfolie (7) um die Einstichsöffnung (2) angebracht, die durch die Einstichsöffnung (2) nach außen freigelegt ist. <IMAGE>
