Abstract (en)
The filling device is provided for filling bags with dust-like, powdery and/or granulated contents. It consists mainly of a machine frame (1) with a filling chamber (4) which is arranged thereon and is provided with a compressed-air conveying device for discharging the contents into a bag which can be connected thereto. The filling device is assigned a weighing device (16) by means of which the filling operation can be controlled. In order to achieve good and even filling of a bag even in the case of difficult bulk material, the filling chamber (4) has a vibration device (11) with which the entire chamber (4) can be caused to vibrate mechanically. The filling chamber (4) is suspended in a flexible manner and with vibration-damping within the machine frame (1) so that no vibrations are transmitted to the machine frame (1), in particular the weighing device (16). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Abfülleinrichtung ist zum Abfüllen von staubförmigem, pulverigern und/oder granuliertem Füllgut in Säcke vorgesehen. Sie besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Maschinengestell (1) mit daran angeordneter Füllgutkammer (4), die mit einer Druckluftfördereinrichtung zum Austrag des Füllguts in einem daran anschließbaren Sack versehen ist. Der Abfülleinrichtung ist eine Wägeeinrichtung (16) zugeordnet, über die der Füllvorgang steuerbar ist. Um auch bei schwierigem Schüttgut eine gute und gleichmäßige Füllung eines Sacks zu erreichen weist die Füllgutkammer (4) eine Vibrationseinrichtung (11) auf, mit der die gesamte Kammer (4) in mechanische Schwingungen versetzbar ist. Die Füllgutkammer (4) ist elastisch und schwingungsgedämpft innerhalb des Maschinengestells (1) aufgehängt, so daß keine Schwingungen auf das Maschinengestell (1), insbesondere die Wägeeinrichtung (16) übertragen werden. <IMAGE>
