A closure for a medicine bottle (1) comprises a sealing element (3) which is made of polymer material, can be fitted onto the mouth (2) of the medicine bottle (1) and is pressed against the mouth (2) by a metal beaded cap (4), said beaded cap (4) being provided with an opening (6) in the region of its base (5) and being separable in the edge region (7) at least at one circumferential point (8, 9). The beaded cap (4) has a tongue (10) projecting into the opening (6) and having a tongue root (11), which is bounded with a sharp edge relative to the beaded cap (4) at least at the circumferential point (8, 9), and having a tongue tip (12) which is fixed to a metal foil (13) which covers the opening (6) in its entirety. Verschluß für eine Medikamentenflasche (1), umfassend ein auf die Mündung (2) der Medikamentenflasche (1) aufsetzbares Dichtelement (3) aus polymerem Werkstoff, das von einer metallischen Bördelkappe (4) an die Mündung (2) angepreßt wird, wobei die Bördelkappe (4) im Bereich ihres Bodens (5) mit einer Durchbrechung (6) versehen und im Randbereich (7) an wenigstens einer Umfangsstelle (8, 9) durchtrennbar ist. Die Bördelkappe (4) weist eine in die Durchbrechung (6) vorspringende Zunge (10) auf, mit einem Zungenfuß (11), der zumindest an der Umfangsstelle (8, 9) scharfkantig gegenüber der Bördelkappe (4) begrenzt ist sowie mit einer Zungenspitze (12), die an einer die Durchbrechung (6) in ihrer Gesamtheit überdeckenden Metallfolie (13) festgelegt ist. Die Metallfolie (13) ist auf der der Zunge (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite manuell abhebbar gestaltet. <IMAGE>
