[origin: EP0601306A2] The invention relates to a device for mounting or taking down a curtain from a rail, the curtain having suspending elements with T-shaped sliding heads and the rail possessing, on its underside, a guide slot running in the longitudinal direction of the rail and intended for guiding through the suspending elements. The sliding heads are pivotable through 90@ against spring action and can then come out of the guide slot of the rail. A hang-up magazine with an entry channel for the suspending elements can be attached in the region of the guide slot. The hang-up magazine additionally has a control curve with a narrowing, such that the sliding heads of the entering suspending elements are turned through 90@ via a cam and can thus be transferred from the rail to the hang-up magazine, in which process the suspending elements are securely guided by guiding flanges in a guiding curve of the hang-up magazine. The hang-up magazine furthermore possesses a flexible magazine bar which eventually receives all suspending elements, so that the curtain in question can be taken out of the rail or conversely introduced into it again. The hang-up magazine can be folded up by virtue of the flexible magazine bar to form a package which is suitable for passing through openings of washing machines, with the result that the curtain can be washed together with the hang-up magazine. <IMAGE>
