The liquid valve actuating device (39, 39a) and/or the actuating device (25) for the at least one control valve is a device with a pneumatic actuating element (40, 78, 59). Bei einer Füllmaschine mit elektrisch gesteuerten Füllelementen ist für jedes Füllelement eine Flüssigkeitsventil-Betätigungseinrichtung (39,39a) sowie wenigstens eine Betätigungseinrichtung (25) für mindestens ein in einem gasführenden System oder Gasweg angeordnetes Steuerventil vorgesehen. Die Flüssigkeitsventil-Betätigungseinrichtung (39,39a) und/oder die Betätigungseinrichtung (25) für das mindestens eine Steuerventil ist eine solche mit einem pneumatischen Betätigungselement (40,78,59). Dieses Betätigungselement (40,78,59) ist zur Sicherstellung kurzer Ansprechzeiten und einer einfachen sowie zuverlässigen Konstruktion als Kolbenmanschette ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
