Disintegrating device for a fruit press of the horizontal type comprising a cylindrical cage (1) intended to contain the material to be pressed, the cage comprising two plates (8,9), at least one of which can be displaced towards the other to press the materials contained in the cage (1) and to extract the juice therefrom, characterised in that it includes sliding disintegrating hooks (18) carried by the cage (1) and arranged at the periphery of the plates (8,9), the cage (1) comprising means (21) for guiding the hooks (18) during the relative displacements of the said plates and the group of disintegrating hooks of one plate (8) being offset angularly with respect to the group of hooks of the other plate (9). <IMAGE>

Dispositif d'émiettage pour pressoir de type horizontal comprenant une cage cylindrique (1) destinée à contenir la matière à presser, la cage comprenant deux plateaux (8,9) dont l'un au moins est déplaçable vers l'autre pour assurer le pressage des matières contenues dans la cage (1) et en extraire le jus, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des crochets d'émiettage coulissants (18) portés par la cage (1) et disposés à la périphérie des plateaux (8,9), la cage (1) comprenant des moyens (21) de guidage des crochets (18) lors des déplacements relatifs desdits plateaux et le groupe de crochets d'émiettage d'un plateau (8) étant décalé angulairement par rapport au groupe de crochets de l'autre plateau (9). <IMAGE>
