[origin: WO9401603A1] The invention concerns a shaped-section fine-fibre filament yarn made of polyamide POY with a viscosity value (RV) of 40 to 55 and strength of 30 to 45 cN/tex, the filament yarn having a single-fibre titre of less than 1.5 dtex, a colour uniformity with a coefficient of variation of less than 2 and a fibre width-to-length (B/L) ratio of 0.5 to 0.7 and being intended as feed yarn for texturing purposes. The yarn is produced by extrusion at an injection speed of 8 to 14 m/min through a nozzle with a capillary section of 0.05 to 0.1 mm<2> per capillary, the solidified filaments being drawn to give a POY - partially oriented yarn.

L'invention concerne un fil continu fibrillaire profilé réalisé dans un polyamide (POY) ayant une viscosité de filament (RV) comprise entre 40 et 55 et une résistance de 30 à 45 cN/tex, un titre fibrillaire individuel inférieur à 1,5 dtex, une uniformité des couleurs avec un coefficent de variation inférieur à 2 et un rapport des largeurs aux longueurs (B/L) de la section transversale fibrillaire compris entre 0,5 et 0,7, qui sert de fil d'alimentation à des fins de texturation. Selon le procédé de fabrication, on procède à une extrusion à une vitesse d'injection de 8 à 14 m/mn à travers une filière ayant une surface capillaire allant de 0,05 à 0,1 mm2 par capillaire. Les filaments solidifiés sont étirés pour former un polyamide (POY).
