[origin: EP0602334A1] Ceiling panels (7, 8) of counter-ceiling structures exhibit hook-shaped suspension elements (7', 8') on their suspension edges. In the folded-down state the suspension element (8') engages into an abutment (3') of a retaining hinge (3) and is thus kept in this position. By simply disconnecting it, the ceiling panel (8) can be removed from said retaining hinge (3) without the aid of tools. By virtue of the configuration of the suspension elements (7', 8'), the ceiling panels can be arranged such that two neighbouring ceiling panels can be opened away from one another and thus permit a free opening, of the size of two ceiling panels, in the counter-ceiling structure. <IMAGE>
