A method for the manufacture of a stator blade ring for turbines, especially of a stator blade ring of annular construction for axial flow compressors is identified, with stator blades (2) made of fibre-reinforced plastic, which are inserted into openings (7) of a ring (1) distributed over the circumference and are connected at one end of the blade to the ring; at the same time, it is proposed that the stator blades each be prefabricated with an end section (3) running in the profile longitudinal direction, which section after insertion of the stator blades into the openings is heated, curved against the surface of the ring and joined to the ring. For example, a self-bonding connection to the ring can be made or the connection released by the supply of heat, the ring being made of a fibre composite material. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Leitgitters für Turbomaschinen, insbesondere eines Leitgitters in Ringbauweise für Axialverdichter angegeben, mit aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff gefertigten Leitschaufeln (2), die in über dem Umfang verteilte Öffnungen (7) eines Ringes (1) eingesetzt und an einem Schaufelende mit dem Ring verbunden werden; dabei sollen die Leitschaufeln jeweils mit einem in Profillängsrichtung verlaufenden Endabschnitt (3) vorgefertigt werden, der nach dem Einsetzen der Leitschaufeln in die Öffnungen erwärmt, gegen die Ringoberfläche umgebogen und mit dem Ring verbunden wird. Z.B. kann eine selbstklebende Verbindung mit dem Ring oder eine Lösung der Verbindung durch Wärmezufuhr erfolgen, wobei der Ring aus einem Faser-Verbund-Werkstoff gefertigt ist. <IMAGE>
