A releasable plug-type connector for one or more electrical contacts (14, 16; 114, 116) is to be designed in such a way that the contacts (14, 16; 114, 116) are brought together or released parallel to their longitudinal extent. For this purpose, a locking device (13; 113) which has at least two parts (17, 18; 117, 118) which are coupled to one another and can be moved with respect to one another is mounted on a first plug part (11; 111) of the plug-type connector. On a first part (18; 118) of the locking device (13; 113), guide elements (43, 46; 143; 146) are provided which, on interacting with guide parts (44, 49; 144, 149) of the first plug part (11; 111) during a movement of the second part (17; 117) of the locking device (13; 113), are deflected on the one hand transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis (52; 152) of the contacts (14, 16; 114, 116) or when the contacts (14, 16; 114, 116) are brought together are deflected parallel to the longitudinal axis (52; 152) of the contacts (14, 16; 114, 116). Es ist eine lösbare Steckverbindung für ein oder mehrere elektrische Kontakte (14, 16; 114, 116) so auszuführen, daß die Kontakte (14, 16; 114, 116) parallel zu ihrem Längsverlauf zusammengefügt bzw. gelöst werden. Dazu ist an einem ersten Steckerteil (11; 111) der Steckverbindung eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (13; 113) gelagert, die wenigstens zwei miteinander gekoppelte und zueinander bewegliche Teile (17, 18; 117, 118) aufweisen. An einem ersten Teil (18; 118) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (13; 113) sind Führungselemente (43, 46; 143; 146) angebracht, die im Zusammenwirken mit Führungsteilen (44, 49; 144, 149) des ersten Steckerteils (11; 111) bei einer Bewegung des zweiten Teils (17; 117) der Verriegelungsvorrichtung (13; 113) zum einen quer zu einer Längsachse (52; 152) der Kontakte (14, 16; 114, 116) oder beim Zusammenfügen der Kontakte (14, 16; 114, 116) parallel zu der Längsachse (52; 152) der Kontakte (14, 16; 114, 116) auslenkt. Diese Steckverbindung wird in elektrischen Anlagen, wo aufgrund der Kontaktsicherheit Rundkontakte verwendet werden, eingesetzt. <IMAGE>
