The locking lever (13) of a releasable electric plug-type connector is to be designed in such a way that the locking lever (13) can be manufactured in a cost-effective way and permits secure locking of the plug-type connector. For this purpose, the locking lever (13) is produced completely from one sheet-metal component, on the one hand bearing bolts (26) with which the locking lever (13) is rotatably mounted on a plug housing (14) and on the other hand guide bolts (28) with which the locking lever (13) engages in guide tracks (31) of a plug receptacle (12) being manufactured for example by means of a deep-draw process. For secure locking of the plug-type connector, the locking lever (13) has projections (33) which engage positively in locking chambers (37) on the plug housing (14) when the plug-type connector is closed. The locking lever (13) is used in multi-pin, elongated electrical plug-type connectors. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Verriegelungshebel (13) einer lösbaren elektrischen Steckverbindung ist so auszuführen, daß der Verriegelungshebel (13) kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann und er eine sichere Verriegelung der Steckverbindung ermöglicht. Dazu ist der Verriegelungshebel (13) vollständig aus einem Blechteil gefertigt, wobei einerseits Lagerbolzen (26), mit der der Verriegelungshebel (13) an einem Steckergehäuse (14) drehbar gelagert ist und andererseits Führungsbolzen (28), mit denen der Verriegelungshebel (13) in Führungsbahnen (31) einer Steckeraufnahme (12) eingreift, beispielsweise über einen Tiefziehvorgang hergestellt werden. Zur sicheren Verriegelung der Steckverbindung weist der Verriegelungshebel (13) Vorsprünge (33) auf, die beim Schließen der Steckverbindung in Verriegelungskammern (37) am Steckergehäuse (14) formschlüssig eingreifen. Der Verriegelungshebel (13) wird bei vielpoligen langgestreckten elektrischen Steckverbindungen eingesetzt. <IMAGE>
