[origin: JPH06298216A] PURPOSE: To provide a packing machine that is small in size, occupies small area, and simultaneously packs objects in a packing case and takes out objects from the packing case with high productivity. CONSTITUTION: A packing machine comprises: packing heads 1 that continuously circulate on a closed orbit and are equipped with at least one controllable gripper; packing case conveyors 7 and 8 that successively pass packing cases 3 and 4 along the machine on a horizontal plane; object conveyors 9 and 10 that run parallel to the packing case conveyors 7 and 8 in the circulating area of packing heads 1; and a controlling device that forces the pack heads 1 to move relative to the packing case conveyors 7 and 8 and also to the object conveyors 9 and 10.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Packmaschine zum Ein- oder Auspacken von Artikel in oder aus Gebinden. Die Packmaschine ist mit mindestens einem kontinuierlich auf einer geschlossenen Bahn umlaufenden, steuerbare Greifelemente aufweisenden Packkopf (1), einem Gebinde kontinuierlich in einer horizontalen Ebene an der Maschine vorbeiführenden Gebindeförderer (7,8), einem im Umlaufbereich des Packkopfes parallel zum Gebindeförderer verlaufenden Artikelförderer (9,10) sowie einer Steuereinrichtung zur zwangsweisen Bewegung des Packkopfes relativ zu dem Gebinde- und Artikelförderer ausgestattet. Der Packmaschine werden leere Gebinde zum Einpacken von Artikel und gleichzeitig mit Artikel gefüllte Gebinde zum Auspacken zugeführt, wobei während eines vollständigen Umlaufes eines Packkopfes die Artikel aus einem zulaufenden Gebinde entnommen, auf den Artikelförderer abgesetzt und der Packmaschine zugeführte Artikel durch den Packkopf in leer zugeführte Gebinde eingesetzt werden. Die Förderrichtungen der der Packmaschine zugeführten, einzupackenden Artikel und der leeren Gebinde bzw. der mit auszupackenden Artikel gefüllten Gebinde und der ausgepackten Artikel sind im Umlaufbereich des Packkopfes entweder jeweils gegenläufig oder gleichsinnig zueinander. <IMAGE>
