Abstract (en)

In a process for the winding of round material (8), a pressing device (4, 5) bearing laterally on the material is displaced so as to follow the winding operation, in such a way that the wound layers lie laterally close against one another. At the end of one layer, a distance corresponding to 1.5 times the material diameter is maintained between the pressing device (4, 5) and the bobbin flange, until the material has reached the next higher layer and lies in the turn groove between the last and penultimate turn of the previous layer. A suitable device has an axially displaceable pressing roller (5) and a winding bobbin (3) axially displaceable independently of the latter. The process and the device are especially suitable for thick round material which is difficult to bend. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei einem Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von Rundmaterial (8) wird eine seitlich an dem Material anliegende Anpreßeinrichtung (4,5) dem Aufwickelvorgang folgend so verschoben, daß die aufgewickelten Lagen seitlich dicht aneinanderliegen. Am Ende einer Lage wird zwischen der Anpreßeinrichtung (4,5) und dem Spulenflansch ein dem 1,5fachen Materialdurchmesser entprechender Abstand aufrechterhalten, bis das Material die nächsthöhere Lage erreicht hat und in der Windungsrille zwischen der letzten und der vorletzten Windung der vorherigen Lage liegt. Eine geeignete Vorrichtung weist eine axialverschiebbare Anpreßrolle (5) und eine unabhängig davon axial verschiebbare Wickelspule (3) auf. Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung sind besonders für starkes, schwer biegbares Rundmaterial geeignet. <IMAGE>
