[origin: EP0604304A1] The invention relates to an omnidirectional antenna including a main loop (1, 2) which constitutes a folded half-wave dipole, arranged mostly in a main plane. The dipole includes, in two regions of the main loop spaced apart from one another, a pair of protuberances (3) which are not situated in the main plane and extending one above the other below the main plane.
