Abstract (en)
Floating modular element whose lower face (2), intended to be completely immersed, has an inwardly curved concave configuration (2a) in the shape of a spherical cap, the central deflection of which has a dimension smaller than 20% of the smallest side of the said face. The upper face (1) of the said block has a convex configuration parallel to the concavity (2a). On each vertical side edge of the square-based modular block, lugs (13) project radially in a star-shaped configuration and offset heightwise. A cylindrical key comprises, at its base, four snugs which are spaced apart by 90@ and can be positioned under the lower assembly lug (13a). <IMAGE>

Elément modulaire flottant dont la face inférieure (2) destinée à être totalement immergée présente une configuration incurvée concave (2a) en forme de calotte sphérique dont la flèche centrale est de dimension inférieure à 20 % du plus petit côté de ladite face. La face supérieure (1) dudit bloc présente une configuration convexe parallèle à la concavité (2a). A chaque angle du bloc modulaire à embase carrée, des oreilles (13) rayonnent en étoiles décalées en hauteur. Une clavette cylindrique comporte à sa base quatre ergots espacés entre eux de 90°, aptes à venir se positionner sous l'oreille d'assemblage inférieure (13a). <IMAGE>
