[origin: WO9305957A1] The invention relates to an improved method and apparatus for producing paper board structures wherein two corrugated mediums are bonded together at their flute tips. End gears (16a, 16b, 15a, 15b) are provided, at least, on the ends of the corrugating rolls (4, 6) which provide tip to tip bonding. The end gears may be abutting or non abutting and may be provided on both ends of the corrugating rolls, which assist tip to tip bonding.
