[origin: WO9322279A1] Diamine derivatives of formula (I), wherein n = 0-8; R1 is hydrogen or a C1-3 alkyl residue; each of R2, R3, R4, R5 and R6 is hydrogen, a C1-6 alkyl residue, branched C4-12 alkyl or alkenyl; R2 and R3 together may form a C3-8 ring optionally including a heteroatom and optionally partially or wholly unsatured; R5 and R6 taken together may form a C2-8 ring; X is a single bond, -CH2-, -C (=O)-, -S (O)-, or -S (O)2-; Y is an alkyl residue, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, adamantyl, optionally substituted phenyl or an aromatic heterocyclic ring; Ar is an optionally substituted phenyl radical, naphtyl or an aromatic heterocyclic ring. Said derivatives are psychotropic agents particularly suitable for treating psychotic disorders, convulsion, dyskinesia, brain distress (ischaemia, hypoxia) and anxiety, and further have anti-inflammatory properties.

L'invention concerne des dérivés diaminés de formule (I) dans laquelle: n = 0 à 8; R1 représente un hydrogène ou un reste alkyle de C1 à C3; R2, R3, R4, R5 et R6 représentent indépendamment un hydrogène, un reste alkyle (1 à 6 C), alkyle ramifié (4-12 C), alkényle; R2 et R3 pris ensemble peuvent former un cycle (3 à 8 C) pouvant inclure un hétéroatome et pouvant être partiellement ou totalement insaturé; R5 et R6 pris ensemble peuvent former un cycle (2 à 8 C); X représente une liaison simple, -CH2-, -C (=O)-, -S (O)-, -S (O)2-; Y est un reste alkyle, cycloalkyle, cycloalkylalkyle, adamantyle, phényle substitué ou non ou un hétérocycle aromatique; Ar est un radical phényle substitué ou non, naphtyle ou un hétérocycle aromatique; ces dérivés sont des psychotropes plus particulièrement indiqués dans les troubles psychotiques, les convulsions, les dyskinésies, les souffrances cérébrales (ischémie, hypoxie) et l'anxiété. Ils possèdent également des propriétés anti-inflammatoires.
