The tissue punch comprises an external shaft (4) and an internal shaft (3), on the distal end of which there is an opening (2) with a blade (5) which cooperates with a counter-blade (6) at the distal end of the external shaft (4) in such a way that tissue which projects through said opening (2) into the internal shaft (3) on actuation of the tissue punch is severed off by the blades (5, 6) which are moved toward one another. The internal shaft (3) is rigid and changes distally from a proximally straight course into a curved course. The external shaft (4) which can be axially moved on the internal shaft (3) can be deformed at least in the region of the curvature of the internal shaft. <IMAGE>

Die Gewebestanze hat einen Außenschaft (4) und einen Innenschaft (3), an dessen distalem Ende eine Öffnung (2) mit einer Schneide (5) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer Gegenschneide (6) am distalen Ende des Außenschaftes (4) so zusammenarbeitet, daß bei Betätigung der Gewebestanze Gewebe, das durch die erwähnte Öffnung (2) in den Innenschaft (3) ragt, durch die gegeneinander bewegten Schneiden (5, 6) abgetrennt wird. Der Innenschaft (3) ist starr ausgebildet und geht aus einem proximal geraden Verlauf distalwärts in einen gekrümmten Verlauf über. Der auf dem Innenschaft (3) axial bewegbare Außenschaft (4) ist zumindest im Bereich der Krümmung des Innenschaftes verformbar. <IMAGE>
