To transfer the packs (20) from a preceding turret, especially a transfer turret (22), onto the drying turret (23), pockets (25, 26) of the two turrets are designed in a special way, so that pocket walls (30, 31, 32, 33) can be moved past one another and, at the same time, transfer the packs (20), without radial displacement, from one pocket (25) to the other pocket (26). 2.2.
