[origin: FR2678717A1] The subject of the present invention is an electric radiator with modular elements with energy storage. It is made up of the combination of modular storage elements (2) which can be joined together as need be in order to form a wall-mounted or mobile radiator of reduced overall size having exactly the required power, the modular elements being formed of three hollow parts, preferably made of aluminium alloy, namely an upper part (10) with convection deflectors, a lower part (11) supporting the element and possibly capable of being equipped with castors, and a central part (9) made up of refractory bricks equipped with an internal electric resistor (heating element) and which are contained in a cladding (casing) with fins, of which the parts which may be touched are provided with a double casing limiting the temperature, the assembly being supplemented by an end element (1) including the electric power supply, as well as a thermostat (7) and programmer (8). It is intended for basic or top-up heating of premises of all types and may be employed equally well as a fixed appliance or mobile appliance. <IMAGE>
