[origin: WO9403946A1] In order to obtain a wiping movement of the pressure contact along the counter-contact during the plugging-in process of the butt and butting contact strips in a plug in which the butt contact strip has butt contacts, the butt contact was arranged at the end of a leaf spring tensioned on one side. During the plugging-in process the butt contacts are taken around the tensioning position of the leaf spring in an approximately circular path. The electrical connection between the connecting point and the butt contact is provided by electrically conductive strips. Two basically different embodiments are described: firstly the design as a structural component with the connection point, leaf spring, electrically conductive strip and butt contact in one unit; secondly the design using the MID system (Moulded Interconnection Device) in which the electrically conductive strips are applied to the plastic of the cover or to a film.
