[origin: WO9325143A1] A method pertaining to sampling blood in conjunction with blood taking processes and manual plasmapheresis with the aid of a blood bag (1) and connecting hose (2, 4) and a needle (3) which is intended for insertion into the blood donor, in a known manner. The method is characterized in that the hose is provided with a hose coupling (5) and in that a hose clamp (6) is fitted between the coupling and the needle. When sampling blood, the hose (2, 4) is closed-off on both sides of the coupling (5) and the coupling is then loosened and that part of the coupling which is connected to the needle-accommodating part of the hose (4) is connected to a sub-pressure sleeve or the like, in which one or more sub-pressure tubes or the like in sequence is/are inserted for collecting blood samples.

Technique d'échantillonnage de sang mise en oeuvre conjointement avec des procédés de prélèvement de sang et de plasmaphérèse manuelle, consistant à utiliser une poche de sang (1) et un tube de raccordement (2, 4), ainsi qu'une aiguille (3) destinée à être introduite dans le corps du donneur de manière classique. La technique se caractérise en ce que le tube est pourvu d'un raccord (5) de tube et en ce qu'un clamp (6) de tube est disposé entre le raccord et l'aiguille. Au cours de l'échantillonnage de sang, le tube (2, 4) est refermé des deux côtés du raccord (5), puis celui-ci est libéré, et la partie du raccord reliée à la partie du tube (4) recevant l'aiguille, est reliée à un manchon à sous-pression ou analogue, dans lequel un ou plusieurs tubes à sous-pression ou analogue sont introduits en séquence afin de collecter des échantillons de sang.
