[origin: WO9403384A1] A transfer device, particularly for flexible laminar products, includes a belt (2) of preset length, the ends (3, 4) whereof are anchored and partially wound around two oppositely arranged main rollers (5, 6); a motor (9) which acts on the main rollers (5, 6) to wind and respectively unwind, with controlled torques, the ends of the belt, keeping it constantly stretched, as well as a ramp (12) for depositing one or more products (P) onto the surface of the belt (7) which is directed toward the takeup roller, so as to convey the products toward this roller and retain them between this roller and the wound belt portion. The main rollers (5, 6) have identical tangential peripheral speeds with continuously opposite rotation directions. The motor (9) includes, for each of the main rollers (5, 6), a servomotor with torque control which is controlled by an intelligent controller (11) which is programmed so that at all times the torque which acts on the takeup roller is greater than the torque which acts on the unwinding roller.

Un dispositif de transfert, notamment pour produits laminaires souples, comporte une bande (2) de longueur préréglée, dont les extrémités (3, 4) sont ancrées et partiellement enroulées autour de deux rouleaux principaux (5, 6) disposés à l'opposé; un moteur (9) qui agit sur les rouleaux principaux (5, 6) pour enrouler et respectivement dérouler, à des couples contrôlés, les extrémités de la bande, en la maintenant constamment tendue, ainsi qu'une rampe (12) pour déposer un ou plusieurs produits (P) sur la surface de la bande (7) qui est dirigée vers le rouleau enrouleur, de manière à acheminer les produits en direction de ce rouleau et à les retenir entre ce rouleau et la partie de bande enroulée. Les rouleaux principaux (5, 6) présentent des vitesses périphériques tangentielles identiques avec des sens de rotation constamment opposés. Le moteur (9) comporte, pour chacun des rouleaux principaux (5, 6), un servomoteur avec une régulation de couple commandée par l'unité de commande intelligente (11) qui est programmée de sorte qu'à tout moment le couple qui agit sur le rouleau enrouleur soit supérieur au couple qui agit sur le rouleau dérouleur.
