Flat products (10) are fed to the reception region (18) by means of the conveying device (16). Arranged under the conveying device (16) is a transfer conveyor (22) which has individually controllable clamps (20) articulated on a wheel-like supporting member (30). The clamps (20) are controlled in such a way that, in the reception region (18), the clamp jaw (26) is directed forwards, as seen in the direction of rotation (U). In the reception region (18), the clamp (20) drops level with the product (10) and grasps the latter at the trailing edge (10'). During rotation about the axis of rotation (24) in relation to the transfer region (28), the clamp (20) is pivoted in the direction (S) opposite to the direction of rotation (U). In the transfer region (28), the products (10) are transferred to the processing device (12). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Flache Erzeugnisse (10) werden mittels der Fördereinrichtung (16) dem Uebernahmebereich (18) zugeführt. Unterhalb der Fördereinrichtung (16) ist ein Ueberführförderer (22) angeordnet, der an einem radartigen Tragorgan (30) angelenkte einzelsteuerbare Klammern (20) aufweist. Die Klammern (20) sind derart gesteuert, dass im Uebernahmebereich (18) das Klammermaul (26) in Umlaufrichtung (U) gesehen, gegen vorn gerichtet ist. Die Klammer (20) holt im Uebernahmebereich (18) ein Erzeugnis (10) ein und fasst dieses bei der Nachlaufkante (10'). Im Zuge des Umlaufs um die Drehachse (24) zum Uebergabebereich (28), wird die Klammer (20) in zur Umlaufrichtung (U) entgegengesetzten Sinn (S) verschwenkt. Im Uebergabebereich (28) werden die Erzeugnisse (10) der Verarbeitungseinrichtung (12) übergeben. <IMAGE>
