[origin: EP0606559A2] The present invention relates to a copy delivery system for folding devices of rotary printing machines, comprising a cutting apparatus which divides printed webs of material into a multiplicity of printed copies, and a gripper cylinder from which transversely folded copies are fed either to an apparatus for producing the second longitudinal fold or output units arranged downstream thereof or a further delivery unit for transversely folded products which can be acted upon from the gripper cylinder. The invention is characterised in that the delivery of copies takes place from copy delivery units (11, 16, 25), which can be acted upon selectively depending on the production mode, into a first transporting plane which is formed from delivery belts (17, 18, 19, 20 and 21) and comprises a 90@ swivel or into a second transporting plane formed from one delivery belt (22). By means of a pivotable switch (26), the transporting planes can be connected to a stacking unit (5). <IMAGE>
