Abstract (en)
The subject of the invention is a method for manufacturing grinding tools having a base body which carries an abrasive coat. The abrasive coat has hard-material grains, such as diamond grains, which are held in a bond. In order to simplify the manufacturing method, it is provided, after applying the abrasive coat (8) to the base body (2), to subject the tool (1), vacuum-packed in a film (10), to hot isostatic pressing in an autoclave. This dispenses with the use of special hardened or ground pressing moulds made of high-grade material steels. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Schleifwerkzeugen die einen Grundkörper aufweisen, der einen Schleifbelag trägt. Der Schleifbelag weist Hartstoffkörner wie Diamantkörner auf, die in einer Bindung gehalten sind. Um das Verfahren der Herstellung zu vereinfachen ist vorgesehen, nach einem Auftrag des Schleifbelages (8) auf dem Grundkörper (2) das Werkzeug (1) in einer Folie (10) vakuumverpackt in einem Autoklaven isostatisch heiß zu pressen. Dadurch entfällt die Verwendung besonderer gehärteter oder geschliffener Pressformen aus hochwertigen Werkstoffstählen. <IMAGE>
