The invention relates to a method for eliminating small quantities of leaking lubricant and cooling liquid which escape in the shaft-sealing region behind a shaft-sealing ring of a liquid-lubricated compressor of a compressor installation. To enable the escaping quantities of liquid to be eliminated reliably and economically, the proposal is that the leakage be removed by means of the system vacuum of the compressor installation. The arrangement for carrying out the method is designed in such a way that a dirt-repelling sealing element (36) is arranged on the outside, at a distance from the shaft-sealing ring (34), in the bore region of the cover (32) and that an inlet and outlet hole (39, 42) should extend radially through the cover (32) as far as the shaft-sealing region and that a conduit (45, 46, 50) opening into the conduit system of the compressor installation should be connectable to the respective hole (39, 42). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Entfernen kleiner Schmier- und Kühlflüssigkeitsleckagemengen, die im Wellendichtbereich hinter einem Wellendichtring eines flüssigkeitsgeschmierten Verdichters einer Verdichteranlage austreten. Um die austretenden Flüssigkeitsmengen sicher und kostengünstig entfernen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Leckagemenge mittels des Systemunterdruckes der Verdichteranlage abgesaugt wird. Die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens ist dabei derart ausgebildet, daß zur Umgebungsseite hin mit Abstand zum Wellendichtring (34) im Bohrungsbereich des Deckels (32) ein schmulzabweisendes Dichtelement (36) angeordnet ist und in radialer Richtung sich durch den Deckel (32) eine zu- bzw. abführende Bohrung (39, 42) bis zum Wellendichtbereich erstreckt und an die jeweilige Bohrung (39,42) eine in dem Leitungssystem der Verdichteranlage mündende Leitung (45,46,50) anschließbar ist. <IMAGE>
