Abstract (en)
In the wet press section of a paper-making machine, the deg. of the parallelogram-type tension applied to the blanket (11) is registered by sensors (12), for the control to modify the blanket movement path. On reaching a max. tension on the blanket, the system switches between a blanket extension and contraction movement. Also claimed is an appts. with a rotating carrier (3) coupled to a gear-motor unit (6). The mounting of the roller mantle (2) is eccentric, at least at one end, in relation to the carrier axis (4). The motor unit (6) is connected to the sensors (12) through the control (14). On the blanket movement path, one outer edge is extended and shortened, in steps, in relation to the other outer edge to maintain a given blanket (1) movement speed.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung des Arbeitsverhaltens von Naßpressen in Papiermaschinen. Dabei sollen Schwingungen und damit verbundene Einprägungen im Filz (11) und deren Rückkoppelung auf die Naßpresse dadurch vermieden werden, daß der Filzlaufweg an einer Außenkante des Filzes (11) in Bezug auf die andere verlängert und verkürzt wird, wobei der Grad der Verspannung des Filzes (11) erfaßt wird und auf die Filzlaufwegveränderung Einfluß nimmt. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Filzspannwalze (1), deren Walzenmantel (2) rotierbar auf einem Träger (3) gelagert ist, wobei der Träger (3) ebenfalls drehbar gelagert und mit einer Getriebe-Motor-Einheit (6) gekoppelt ist. Wesentlich ist dabei, daß die Lagerung des Walzenmantels (2) zumindest an einem Ende in Bezug auf die Trägerachse (4) exzentrisch erfolgt und die Getriebe-Motor-Einheit (6) über eine Steuerung (14) mit den Grad der Filzverspannung erfassenden Sensoren (12) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
