In the method, by means of an actual/desired-value comparison, including the modulus of elasticity of the warp and cloth, the cloth-edge position in relation to the reed reversal position is regulated continuously. For this purpose, the actual and desired values of the cloth-edge position are determined on the running weaving machine, and the cloth-edge displacement is adjusted continuously by changing the length of the warp/cloth run and/or the position of an element cooperating with the warp/cloth run. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Mit dem Verfahren wird mittels Ist-/Sollwert-Vergleich unter Einbezug des E-Moduls von Kette und Ware die Warenrandstellung bezüglich der Webblattumkehrstellung kontinuierlich geregelt. Dabei werden der Ist- und Sollwert der Warenrandstellung auf der laufenden Webmaschine ermittelt und die Warenrandverschiebung durch Aenderung der Länge des Kett-Warenlaufes und/oder der Stellung eines der mit dem Kett-Warenlauf zusammenwirkenden Elementes kontinuierlich rückgängig gemacht. <IMAGE>
