Abstract (en)
A device (7) for pressing sheets inserted in a filing device (1), which sheets are provided with a perforation and can be stacked via two retaining rings (4) of the filing device (1), consists of a pivotable pressing element (10). This pivotable pressing element (10) is mounted in a retaining part (8), which retaining part (8) is fixed to the cover (5) of the filing device (1). A control cam (11) is attached to the pivotable pressing element (10) in the region of the pivot axis (9) and is resiliently mounted. This resiliently mounted control cam (11) has the effect that, when the filing device (1) is closed, in interaction with at least one of the retaining rings (4), the pivotable pressing element (10) is pressed against the stack (12) of sheets, so that this stack (12) of sheets is fixed in the corresponding position. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Niederhaltevorrichtung (7) für in Aktenordner (1) eingelegte Blätter, die mit einer Lochung versehen sind und über zwei Haltebügel (4) des Aktenordners (1) stapelbar sind, besteht aus einem schwenkbaren Niederhalteelement (10). Dieses schwenkbare Niederhalteelement (10) ist in einem Halteteil (8) gelagert, welcher Halteteil (8) am Deckel (5) des Aktenordners (1) befestigt ist. Am schwenkbaren Niederhalteelement (10) ist im Bereich der Schwenkachse (9) eine Steuerkurve (11) angebracht, die federnd gehalten ist. Diese federnd gehaltene Steuerkurve (11) bewirkt, dass beim Schliessen des Aktenordners (1) in Zusammenwirkung mit mindestens einem der Haltebügel (4) das schwenkbare Niederhalteelement (10) gegen den Blattstapel (12) gedrückt wird, so dass dieser Blattstapel (12) in der entsprechenden Lage fixiert ist. <IMAGE>
