[origin: EP0607954A2] Track system for floor transport systems having at least two transport units (30) possessing running wheels, having rails let into depressions (6, 7) in the floor or ground plane (8) and strip-like current conductors (12, 13) for supplying the driving power, which are arranged parallel and at a distance from one another and possess a channel (15) having vertically running planar guide faces (11) for the guide elements (31) of the transport units (30), and in which track system one current conductor (12) is let into the base of the channel (15) and the other current conductor (13) is let into the second depression (7) so as to be sunk flush with the floor or ground plane (8), in which track system the vertical guide faces (11) consist of an abrasion-resistant, low-wear plastic, and the depressions (6, 7) are let into a moulding (5) consisting of an abrasion-resistant plastic and arranged, so as to be flush with the floor or ground plane (8), in a mounting channel (4) present in the floor screed (27), and in which track system the current conductor (12) arranged in the base of the channel (15) engages in undercuts (16) in the moulding (5) which are made in the guide faces (11) on both sides. <IMAGE>
