According to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a lock cylinder (10) with additional blocking pins (42) is proposed. The additional blocking pins (42) consist of an outer pin (42a) and of an inner pin (42b). The inner pin (42b) is offset axially relative to the outer pin (42a). The outer pin (42a) is inserted into an outer bore (36) of the lock-cylinder plug, whilst the inner pin (42b) can be inserted selectively into a plurality of inner bores (42b) contiguous to the outer bore (42a). Different positions of the respective level variation of the flat key (22) which is associated with the inner pins are also thereby obtained. <IMAGE>

Nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird ein Schließzylinder (10) mit Zusatzsperrstiften (42) vorgeschlagen. Die Zusatzsperrstifte (42) bestehen aus einem Außenstift (42a) und einem Innenstift (42b). Der Innenstift (42b) ist gegenüber dem Außenstift (42a) achsversetzt. Der Außenstift (42a) wird in eine Außenbohrung (36) des Schließzylinderkerns eingesetzt, wobei der Innenstift (42b) wahlweise in eine Mehrzahl von an die Außenbohrung (42a) anschließenden Innenbohrungen (42b) eingesetzt werden kann. Damit ergeben sich auch verschiedene Positionen der den Innenstiften jeweils zugehörigen Niveauvariation des Flachschlüssels (22). <IMAGE>
