Abstract (en)
The concrete mixer according to the invention is provided with a high-pressure washing device for detaching concrete and cement residue from the surface of the drum (1) and of the rotor (2) by means of water-spraying nozzles (14) which are borne and supplied by a moving arm (11). The washing device does not have a rotating seal, so that it can operate at high pressures of 100 to 150 bar. The moving arm (11) is located above the rotor (2), of which it is independent. It effects a rotary movement through a limited angle, slightly greater than 180@. It receives water under high pressure through a hose (22), which is preferably in the shape of a spiral. The invention applies to horizontal-axis or vertical-axis concrete mixers. <IMAGE>

Le malaxeur à béton selon l'invention est pourvu d'un dispositif de lavage à haute pression pour décoller des restes de béton et de ciment sur les surfaces de la cuve (1) et du rotor (2), au moyen de buses (14) de projection d'eau qui sont portées et alimentées par un bras mobile (11). Le dispositif de lavage est dépourvu de joint tournant, pour pouvoir opérer à des hautes pressions de 100 à 150 bars. Le bras mobile (11) se trouve au-dessus du rotor (2), dont il est indépendant. Il effectue un mouvement rotatif sur un angle limité, légèrement supérieur à 180°. Il reçoit l'eau sous haute pression à travers un tuyau flexible (22) dont la forme est de préférence en spirale. L'invention s'applique à des malaxeurs à béton à axe horizontal ou vertical. <IMAGE>
