Abstract (en)
Wet-press arrangement, in which the flexible press cover (18) of a shoe-press roll (7) picks up the web (2) to be dewatered at a first press point (5), directly from the wire (1) on which the web has been formed. The web then runs together with the press cover (18) through a second press point (8) which is designed as a felted and extended press nip. Thereafter, the web runs through a third press point (14), where it is transferred from the smooth envelope surface of the press cover (18) onto the smooth envelope surface of a press roll (15). The web then runs with the latter through a fourth press point (24), which is again designed as a felted and extended press nip. After this, the web (2) still follows the press roll (15) as far as a pick-up point. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Naßpressen-Anordnung, worin der flexible Preßmantel (18) einer Schuhpreßwalze (7) die zu entwässernde Bahn (2) in einer ersten Preßstelle (5) direkt vom Sieb (1), auf dem die Bahn gebildet worden ist, abnimmt. Die Bahn läuft sodann zusammen mit dem Preßmantel (18) durch eine zweite Preßstelle (8), die als befilzter und verlängerter Preßspalt ausgebildet ist. Danach läuft die Bahn durch eine dritte Preßstelle (14), wo sie von der glatten Mantelfläche des Preßmantels (18) auf die glatte Mantelfläche einer Preßwalze (15) überwechselt. Mit dieser läuft die Bahn sodann durch eine vierte Preßstelle (24), die wiederum als befilzter und verlängerter Preßspalt ausgebildet ist. Hinter diesem folgt die Bahn 2 noch der Preßwalze (15) bis zu einer Abnahmestelle. <IMAGE>
