Abstract (en)

An intermediate wagon structure for conveying wagons for tunnel ovens for burning coarse ceramic articles with relatively low net product (bricks, roof tiles and the like). Supports (10) for beams (12) and transverse carriers (13) resting on the beams for supporting the charge or cassettes for the charge are distributed over the loading surface of the wagon. The beams (12) and the transverse carriers (13) are hollow profiled parts. The beams are made of high-strength non-oxidic materials while materials with a high alumina content have been selected for the transverse carriers. <IMAGE>

Ein Wagenzwischenbau für Förderwagen für Tunnelöfen für den Brand grobkeramischer Teile mit relativ geringer Wertschöpfung (Ziegeln, Dachpfannen und dergl.). Über die Lastfläche des Wagens sind Stützen (10) für Balken (12) und auf den Balken aufliegende Querträger (13) zur Auflage des Brenngutes bzw. von Kassetten für das Brenngut verteilt. Die Balken (12) und die Querträger (13) sind Hohlprofilteile. Die Balken sind aus hochfesten nichtoxidischen Werkstoffen, während hochtonerdhaltige Werkstoffe für die Querträger gewählt worden sind. <IMAGE>
