Abstract (en)
In a process for manufacturing hot-rolled steel strip with adjusted strength, a steel with 0.04 to 0.06% of carbon, at most 1% of silicon, at most 1% of manganese, 13 to 18% of chromium and at most 2% of nickel, the remainder being carbide formers and iron including impurities resulting from smelting is melted, the actual carbide former content within the predetermined content limits is determined, a rolling oversize for subsequent hot-rolling is fixed as a function of the actual carbide former content, the hot strip is solution-annealed at a temperature from 920 to 1050@C and quenched to a ferritic-martensitic microstructure and cold-rolled down to the predetermined final thickness. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren zum Herstellen von warmgewalztem Stahlband mit eingestellter Festigkeit wird ein Stahl mit 0,04 bis 0,06% Kohlenstoff, höchstens 1% Silizium, höchstens 1% Mangan, 13 bis 18% Chrom, höchstens 2% Nickel, Rest Karbidbildner und Eisen einschließlich erschmelzungsbedingter Verunreinigungen erschmolzen, der tatsächliche Karbidbildnergehalt innerhalb der vorgegebenen Gehaltsgrenzen festgestellt, ein Walzübermaß für ein anschließendes Warmwalzen in Abhängigkeit vom tatsächlichen Karbidbildnergehalt festgelegt, das Warmband bei einer Temperatur von 920 bis 1050°C lösungsgeglüht sowie auf ein ferritisch-martensitisches Gefüge abgeschreckt und bis auf die vorgegebene Enddicke kaltgewalzt wird. <IMAGE>
