An electrohydraulic actuator, in particular for controlling construction machines, is proposed, comprising a displaceable main piston (2), which in the area of at least one of its front ends has a control chamber (13) to which pressure medium can be admitted or which can be relieved of pressure medium by a single control means, operable by means of two electromagnets, in the form of a pilot-control valve which is arranged essentially in series with the main piston (2), and also at least one displacement/force transducer (7) in the form of a helical spring which is in operative connection with the main piston (2) and the piston (4) of the pilot-control valve. The helical spring (7), as viewed in axial direction, is connected free of play and, as viewed in radial direction, free of transverse force to the main piston (2) and the piston (4) of the pilot-control valve. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Vorgeschlagen wird eine elektro-hydraulische Stelleinheit, insbesondere zur Steuerung von Baumaschinen, mit einem verschiebbaren Hauptkolben (2), der im Bereich mindestens einer seiner Stirnseiten eine Steuerkammer (13) aufweist, die durch ein einziges, mittels zweier Elektromagnete betätigbares Steuermittel in Form eines Vorsteuerventils mit Druckmittel beaufschlagbar bzw. entlastbar ist, das mit dem Hauptkolben (2) im wesentlichen in Reihe angeordnet ist, sowie mindestens einem Weg-Kraft-Wandler (7) in Form einer Schraubenfeder, die in Wirkverbindung mit dem Hauptkolben (2) und dem Kolben (4) des Vorsteuerventils steht. Die Schraubenfeder (7) ist, in axialer Richtung gesehen, spielfrei und, in radialer Richtung gesehen, querkraftfrei mit dem Hauptkolben (2) und dem Kolben (4) des Vorsteuerventils verbunden. <IMAGE>
