The lighting apparatus, for tubular (tube) lamps (8), which is equipped with lamp sockets (3, 4) and, at each of its ends, beyond the lamp socket (3, 4), with a connection device (1, 2) provided with terminals (5, 6, 7) for at least two supply conductors (5, 6), in which the terminals (5, 6, 7) of the connection devices at the two ends of the lighting apparatus are connected, on the one hand, together and, on the other hand, to the sockets (3, 4) and lamp accessories, and in which junction connectors (11) are provided for simultaneously engaging in two connection devices, one (2) of a first lighting apparatus and the other (1') of a second lighting apparatus which is placed end-to-end, sequentially, and in alignment with the first lighting apparatus. <IMAGE>

Appareil d'éclairage pour lampes tubulaires (8) équipé de sockets de lampe (3,4), et à chacune de ses extrémités, au delà du socket de lampe (3,4), d'un dispositif de connexion (1,2) muni de bornes (5,6,7) pour au moins deux conducteurs d'alimentation (5,6), dans lequel les bornes (5,6,7) des dispositifs de connexion aux deux extrémités de l'appareil d'éclairage sont reliés, d'une part entr'elles, et d'autre part aux sockets (3,4) et accessoires de lampe, et dans lequel des connecteurs de jonction (11) sont prévus pour s'engager simultanément dans deux dispositifs de connexion, l'un (2) d'un premier appareil d'éclairage, l'autre (1') d'un deuxième appareil d'éclairage placé bout à bout, à la suite, et dans l'alignement du premier apareil d'éclairage. <IMAGE>
