[origin: EP0611705A1] The invention relates to an assembly for stoppering (closing) a flask or the like, of the type comprising a cap screwed on to the neck of the flask or the like. The assembly according to the invention comprises a tapped internal ring (1) for screwing on to the neck (16), an outer lower ring (7) rotationally integral with the said inner ring (1) but free in terms of translation, the said inner ring (1) being equipped with elastic tabs (5) bearing on the said outer lower ring (7), and a cap (8) which can move in terms of translation with respect to the said inner ring (1).
