[origin: WO9309883A1] Described is a cyclone separator with a separation chamber (9) in a spiral housing (1) fitted with an inlet (3), disposed parallel to a tangent to the housing, for the material to be separated, as well as a separate, tangential inlet for the separator gas, plus a longitudinal outlet (7), disposed concentrically with the separator axis (6), to allow the gas and fine-particulate matter to pass out of the chamber. The separator is characterized by a ring (11) of vanes located in the spiral housing (1) between the separation chamber (9), which is disposes coaxially with the outlet (7), and an outer annular space (17), the material inlet (3) feeding into the separation chamber (9) and the gas inlet (5) feeding into the outer annular space (17).

Séparateur à air comportant une chambre de séparation (9) dans un carter spiralé (1), pourvu d'une entrée (3) pour les matières à séparer qui est parallèle à une tangente au carter, d'une entrée (5) tangentielle séparée destinée pour le gaz de séparation (5) ainsi que d'une sortie axiale (7) disposée de façon concentrique par rapport à l'axe du séparateur (6) pour l'évacuation du gaz de séparation et de fractions fines de la chambre de séparation. Ce séparateur est caractérisé par une couronne d'aubes fixes (11) disposée dans le carter spiralé (1), entre la chambre de séparation (9) placée sur le même axe que la sortie (7) et dans laquelle débouche l'entrée des matières à séparer (3), et un espace annulaire extérieur (17), dans lequel débouche l'entrée du gaz de séparation (5).
