Cet espace habitable (1) se caractérise en ce qu'outre lesdites zones (10, 11, 12), il comprend une autre zone à disposition (13) que l'on peut adjoindre de manière sélective à au moins une des autres zones pour en augmenter la surface utile, grâce à une paroi mobile (14) déplaçable.
