According to the invention, one side (8) of said insulating disk (2) is provided centrally with a recess (10) whose cross section is equal to a cross section of a component (4, 6). Consequently, the value of the extinction voltage of the partial discharge and the creeping-discharge and flashover resistance are increased substantially by means of a surface design of said insulating disk (2). Disque isolant (2) réalisé dans un matériau électriquement isolant et thermoconducteur. Selon l'invention, un côté (8) de ce disque isolant (2) comporte un creux (10) en son milieu, dont la section transversale est identique à celle d'un composant (4, 6). Ainsi, la valeur de la tension d'extinction de la décharge partielle et la décharge glissante ainsi que la résistance au contournement peuvent être sensiblement augmentées, grâce à une configuration de la superficie de ce disque isolant (2).
