Abstract (en)
A method for manufacturing a transport package consisting of a container (1,2) receiving the product (3) and of a fastening strip (4) looping round the container and the product (3) provides for introducing the product into the container and for looping the fastening strip around the container together with the product. The fastening strip (4) is drawn off from a single roll (19), laid around the unit consisting of the container and of the product in a loop-like manner, cut to length and put under tensile stress. Subsequently, with the tensile stress being maintained, one end (6) of the fastening strip (4) is coated with glue and is pressed onto the other end (5) until the glue sets. <IMAGE>

Ein Verfahren zur Erstellung einer Transportverpackung aus einem die Ware (3) aufnehmenden Behältnis (1,2) und einem das Behältnis und die Ware (3) umschlingenden Befestigungsstreifen (4) sieht vor, daß die Ware in das Behältnis eingebracht und der Befestigungsstreifen um das Behältnis mit der Ware geschlungen wird. Der Befestigungsstreifen (4) wird von einer einzigen Rolle (19) abgezogen, um die Einheit aus Behältnis und Ware schlaufenartig herumgelegt, abgelängt und unter Zugspannung gebracht wird. Anschließend wird unter Aufrechterhaltung der Zugspannung das eine Ende (6) des Befestigungsstreifens (4) beleimt und auf das andere Ende (5) bis zur Abbindung des Leims angedrückt. <IMAGE>
