A connecting terminal, for example for service apparatuses such as line protection circuit breakers, in the case of which a terminal screw (3) is guided in a frame-like terminal body (1) in a side wall (2) of the terminal body, which terminal screw (3) acts in a clamping manner against an opposite side wall (4), a pressure piece (5) being arranged at a variable height in an imaginary connecting plane. It is provided that a bracket (6) composed of electrically highly conductive material is guided from the pressure piece (5) (by the pressure piece) alongside walls of the terminal body 1 to a connecting plane in which is merges into a connecting conductor. <IMAGE>

Verbindungsklemme, beispielsweise für Installationsgeräte wie Leitungsschutzschalter, bei der in einem rahmenartigen Klemmkörper (1) in einer Seitenwand (2) des Klemmkörpers eine Klemmschraube (3) geführt ist, die gegen eine gegenüberliegende Seitenwand (4) klemmfähig arbeitet, wobei ein Druckstück (5) in einer gedachten Anschlußebene höhenveränderlich angeordnet ist. Es ist vorgesehen, daß vom Druckstück (5) ein Bügel (6) aus elektrisch gut leitendem Material neben Wänden des Klemmkörpers 1 zu einer Verbindungsebene geführt ist, in der er in einen Verbindungsleiter übergeht. <IMAGE>
