Abstract (en)

The dividers are fabricated to variable formats in a machine that transports (1) the sheets of cardboard to a cutting and folding area (2), then removes (3) them. The cutting and folding area has a shaping well (20) with a wall (21) mobile in translation, driven by two motorised screws (22) that also position the machine (27) that fastens the walls of the divider. This machine is controlled by a programmable controller set by the user to produce the required format from various stored formats.

Dispositif de fabrication de barquettes en carton de formats variables utilisables notamment pour le conditionnement de produits en palettes, comportant des moyens (1) de transfert de feuilles de carton (13), des moyens (2) de formage des barquettes et des moyens (3) d'évacuation et de retournement desdites barquettes. Les moyens (2) de formage des barquettes comprennent une cavité de formage (20) dont au moins une paroi (21) est mobile en translation horizontale, de même qu'au moins un des moyens (27, 27') de solidarisation des côtés des barquettes, le déplacement de la paroi (21) et des moyens de solidarisation (27, 27') étant commandé par un système de gestion électrique et électronique en fonction des formats requis pour les barquettes (13'). <IMAGE>
